Yirgachefe coffee takes its name from the village it grows in the southern province of Sidamo called ’Yirga Ch’efe’. Coffee Beans from this region are also known for being one of the best 100% arabica coffees grown anywhere in the world with a particularly favorable sub region of Sidamo in Southern Ethiopia.

The Ethiopian Yirgachefe Organic Coffee is lively and intensely aromatic, with fruity and delicate earthy flavors. It is smooth and rich with a distinctive floral aroma and fruity brightness while exhibits a richness and complexity in both aroma and flavor that is unmistakable. You will notice a good balance of body and acidity complimented with delicate mocha undertone.
